H. Raffi Balian, MD
Physiatrist
Dr. Raffi Balian is the Founder and Medical Director of Hill Medical Center. Dr. Balian completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Ottawa and is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada. He has been practicing for over 25 years and his greatest strengths are his attention to details and his compassion for the wellbeing of his patients. He speaks Armenian, Arabic, French, and Russian.
Patrick Issagholiantce, DC
Chiropractor
With close to 20 years of experience in Chiropractic Medicine, Dr. Issagholiantce has been a team member of Hill Medical Center since 2010. He gained his
Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College, and has extensive experience in diversified adjusting, joint mobilization, manual myofascial treatment, and developing individualized therapeutic treatment plans for patients. He speaks Armenian and Farsi.
